HomeBridge Canada Inc. have just completed the installation of a new furnace to replace an existing one. Absolutely first class service, their engineers Zach and Ryan, were true professionals and managed to complete the work without me removing some drywall which I expected to have to do. Their ingenuity in solving this issue was amazing. Absolutely 5 star service from these gentlemen, and a great testimony to the company.

Also Eddie their service engineer who performed a thorough inspection of the old system and discovered a potential serious issue was exceptional and took time to explain all aspects of the inspection.

During the Family Day holiday weekend, the furnace stopped working properly for the second time. I couldn't afford to have my family stay in a cold condo therefore, rapid action had to take place. My father-in-law asked me if HomeBridge Canada Inc. had an after hours/emergency service number to call and see if a technician can come and repair the furnace. I had called their number and spoke with a customer service representative. She had asked me for the reason of my call and without hesitation, she said they will contact the closest technician available to come and look at the furnace. Within 10 to 15 minutes, I had received a call from technician Eddie and he was at the condo half an hour later. That was very good timing. Technician Eddie was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and honest. He took the time showing and explaining why the the furnace wasn't working properly and suggested to look about HomeBridge Canada Inc. service protection plan. I recently had HomeBridge Canada Inc. come out to do some pre-winter maintenance on my heat pump unit and blower. The technician Eddie was very knowledgeable, well spoken, and clearly took pride in his work. He is a credit to the company and I hope he gets the props he deserves.

I just had my country property converted from oil heating to propane, and entrusted the work to HomeBridge Canada Inc. Benno's product recommendation, and proper work, to size the furnace was excellent. Then came the installers (Steve and Daryl). Two professional and very hardworking guys, with utter care about the customer. They worked very late into the night, to make sure my family and I had what we needed. Then Steve came back for some follow up work, and he was great enough to show up very early, so my work schedule wasn't affected. The work was done proper, no short cuts, very clean and tidy, and the whole time Steve and Daryl were courteous, with a great sense of humor and amazing work ethic. HomeBridge Canada Inc. provided and installed a Daiken split AC/Heating system for our upstairs bedrooms. They were very responsive and delivered as promised within a short time frame. Andrew was the service person and he was very polite and responsible. As he came in to the house he asked if he need to take off his boots but I told him no because he would be going in and out a lot. Andrew was on time, he was very friendly, and did an excellent job from start to finish. I had a few questions about the thermostat and AC and Heating unit and he was very informative about everything, Andrew was honest with his answers and that's very important. Andrew gave me some great suggestions. Andrew EXCELLENT SERVICE. I had to call the office the next day to work out the payment and I had a credit coming to me and Darren made sure all was taken care of. I have had a couple little and I mean little problems with service in the past but I tell you it has changed from calling the office to Andrew coming to my house. John in Service was very good in setting up our annual maintenance inspection since our house was new in 2013. Just yesterday we had " Danny " here. Great guy and full of tips to help maintain & keep our Furnace & A/C in top working condition. throughout the maintenance check, Danny kept me fully informed that all is good and when checking thermostat noted that batteries were low. We never knew there were batteries in the thermostat. Thank-You Danny. Excellent job. Keep up the good work for your happy customers. We just recently had HomeBridge Canada Inc. install an air condition unit in our home. The two techs that were sent Steve and Josh, the A TEAM! were very professional, courteous, personable, and tidy. Melissa the Sales Rep also arrived part way through the install to check on everything and it was a delight to see how they all worked and got along so well together. I was left with nothing left to do, once they left, but to enjoy the feeling of the house cooling down to a reasonable temperature. They even delighted my dogs by throwing a ball for them,

From the first call to HomeBridge Canada Inc., I felt looked after. The staff were friendly and willing to help in a prompt and efficient manner. I called a few other technicians but nobody could service my Trane furnace. The service call was completed the same day by Jamie. The furnace was repaired within an hour and he also checked the venting, drains and drain trap. My furnace is working well and I am no longer sitting in a cold house. Highly recommended.

When I purchased my resale home in Barrie years back it didn’t come with central A/C. HomeBridge provided me with the best quote for my A/C and handled the install quickly and professionally. About a year later, my 12 year old furnace went caput. They came to my home so quickly! Rather than hard selling me into replacing it, they educated me on my options and repaired it cost effectively. My furnace was recently damaged due to the thaw and resulting flooding. After dealing with a different company I had a service plan with, and getting no where, HomeBridge Canada Inc. in Barrie was sent out through my insurance company. The service from these guys was outstanding. Mark was the tech that came to home, he explained everything to me and was happy to answer any questions I had. In a matter of 3 days I was able to get a quote, the old furnace removed, and a new furnace installed. I can't say enough about how great of a job was done, and how much they helped me after a frustrating time of having no heat for close to 2 weeks. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and did a great job. Would definitely recommend it.

Danny was just here to do my yearly furnace check-up , and did his usual excellent job. He is so thorough at what he does and is just a pleasure to talk to.
